    • Qualify all traditional submissions with a phone call same day
    • Quote all low touch submissions same day
    • Follow up phone call placed on all complex quotes within two days of quote release.
    • Begin the renewal solicitation process at 90 days prior to expiration.
    • Deliver policies to customers within 30 days of policy effective date
  • We created in-house programs with our markets that give us access to quoting many lines of business with a simple underwriting process.
